Organ Polishing Meditation

Enjoy this powerful meditation practice, tapping into the energetics of the Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs and Kidneys. This is a beautiful journey of the organs, one that I lean towards most when I need to re-centre and revitalise.

This is a practice I originally learned from one of my teachers Tahnee Taylor, from her studies with Mantak Chia. I love how yoga is a lineage of lessons, each teacher’s work providing unique subtleties born from our own experience and practice.
