Thank you for being here. This practice is super special, and one I lean into if I’ve had a big day and am craving the space for myself. This 30-minute yin practice is ideal for before bed, or if you’re feeling heightened and disembodied.

PROPS: Have a bolster or cushion/pillow handy, maybe a blankie, and your favourite bedtime tonic. Get comfy x
